Return policy

A product does not suit you and you want to return it? So here are the conditions of return:

Return deadline:

From the day of receipt of the product, you have 30 days to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, product returns may be refused. You can contact la skateosphere to announce a product return and receive more details on the return of the order.

Return fees :

Shipping costs related to product return are the responsibility of the buyer. The customer therefore has the possibility of returning the product with the carrier of his choice, to the address indicated by la skateosphere.

The products must be entrusted to the carrier within 14 days from the date you contacted the skateosphere for a return product request.

Inside the parcel, please indicate your order number, surname and first name, product returned and reason for the return, in order to locate you quickly once the product has been received.

Important

It is essential that the products arrive perfectly protected and packaged in order to receive them in optimal conditions for their re-sale in the future.

The products have not been used or washed and are not worn out.

The products are returned if possible in their original packaging.

The right to return the goods to us, as mentioned above, does not apply to personalized orders (article / special request) requested according to customer specifications. This also includes any product that is not listed in la skateosphere catalog and has been ordered at the request of the customer.

Certain products cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Example: underwear, anti-pollution masks…

Refund

Upon receipt, the product will be revised. And of course, if it is in perfect condition without marks of use or assembly, the refund will be made directly on the same method of payment chosen initially by the buyer.
